If you send me inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details youprovided there (Name, Email, Message), will be stored by me for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. I do not share this data without your consent.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, provided your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on my legitimate interest in the effective processing of requests addressed to me (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Cloudflare Turnstile (Bot Protection)

To protect the contact form on this website from spam and abuse by automated bots, I use Cloudflare Turnstile, aservice provided by Cloudflare, Inc.

Turnstile analyzes the behavior of website visitors to distinguish human users from bots. This analysis startsautomatically as soon as the website visitor enters a page with a Turnstile widget. For the analysis, Turnstile evaluates various information (e.g., IP address, time spent on the website, or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Cloudflare.

The use of Cloudflare Turnstile is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. I have a legitimate interest in protecting my websitefeatures from abusive automated spying and spam.

4. Hosting & Server Logs

This website is hosted on external servers. When you visit this website, the servers automatically collect and storeinformation in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. These are:

• Browser type and browser version
• Operating system used
• Referrer URL
• Hostname of the accessing computer
• Time of the server request
• IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. The collection of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The websiteoperator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of their website - for this purpose, server log files must be recorded.

You have the right to request information about the origin, recipient, and purpose of your stored personal data at any time, free of charge. You also have the right to request the correction or deletion of this data. If you have given your consent to data processing, you can revoke this consent at any time for the future.
